Having problems?

• If you are getting a database error or slow response time, the problem is caused by Google, and other computer robots, crawling the website and requesting 1000s of database queries at once. We are working on a fix to this problem. In the meantime, please try again after waiting some amount of time for the computer robots to finish. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  
  
• If you are using the AOL browser on a Macintosh computer, try using Internet Explorer.
  
  

If you are having problems entering your information online, email us your information and we will enter your information for you.

Before calling, please be aware of a few things:

1. We do want to assist you, so please email, or call until you reach a person.
   
   
2. We usually reply to emails within one business day. Email is usually the best way to contact us. If you do not here back from us, email us again as soon as you like and let us know you are following up. Do not be shy. Though we take much care, it is possible that your email got deleted indavertantly while we are deleting hundreds of daily junk email.
   
   
3. If you call and leave a message, try to also send an email. Phone messages are often not clear, and many times, we can answer emails more efficiently.
   
   
4. Best time to email is any time. Best time to call is Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, United States Eastern time.
